One way of storing high quality wild game in the right season for future eating when the hunting season is off, is to make traditional fermented salami. On this workshop with Taiamai you will learn to make salami from beginning to end, using no chemical inputs and using natural casings, get to taste some and also get to take a salami home!

Cancellation Policy: Students who cancel their place at a workshop with more than two weeks notice will be given an 85% refund, however cancellations after this time can only be refunded 50% of the course fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours, no refund can be given.
