Description: A stunning heritage cauliflower first introduced from South Africa in 1808. Large rich purple heads with excellent flavour, that are very easy to grow all over New Zealand. They do very well in the north where other brassicas sometimes struggle.
Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Autumn or early Spring. Prick out when first two leaves appear to 3 cm diagonal spacing. Transplant 4 weeks later or when 6-8 cm high to 40 cm diagonal spacing.
