Golden Beetroot Panir Salad
- 4 golden beetroot.. steamed whole with skins on and no cuts made to beetroot.. while still warm slide skins off and cube into 1cm cubes
- Place in bowl and mix with equal amount of greens eg French Sorrell, parsley, lettuce
- 1 cup of finely chopped Welsh Bunching onions or Multiplying Spring onions or Mike’s onions
Toss, cover generously with home made vinaigrette dressing then add grilled cubes of panir cheese.
