Pumpkin Delicata Squash(C. pepo )HeritageIntroduced in the USA in 1894 by Peter Henderson. Small (up to 1kg) long shaped, tan and green stripey skinned pumpkins, just the right size for 2 for dinner. They are great stuffed as well as sliced and sauted. The flesh is very sweet and dry and are excellent eating quality. (15) |
