Coming to us called Blue Aztec, this corn is believed to have originated in upper NewYork, possibly grown by the Iroquois nation. It was first offred in 1864. The 2m tall stalks produce large ears that areused as sweet corn at the milk stage, with the kernel being sweet, tender and very tastty. When mature tthe corn turns blue- black and makes very delicious corn bread. This corn is hardy and grows in a wide range ofconditions. (50)
