Wild Fermentation Collection

We’ve been  learning about how much the health of our bodies  is largely dependant on having healthy ‘gut’ flora. Weston Price found that all the traditional people’s he visited ate fermented foods on a daily basis, and that was in fact how all of our ancestors stored food before the days of Agee jars and Perfit seals!!! We’ve filled our cellar this year with lactic pickles and are eating them with every meal and loving them more and more. This collection will include a list of all our favourite recipes. Here’s to all our gut flora!!!.
