Mushroom Dowel– Oyster (March- Nov)The best way to begin your own mushroom production is to buy dowels to implant into logs ..all the instructions come with the dowels but I suggest Tim’s book as well. Fungi growing is a science and an art however many of us can do this. Tim has certainly put in the years and the time and offers this now to support all of us on our journey. |
