Cast Iron Grinder

These Grinders are great, all purpose kitchen tools, we use ours for all sorts of jobs. They can grind corn, but they're also great for grinding chick peas and beans for making hummus, sprouted grains such as wheat and barley for making sprouted wheat cakes and essene breads. You can grind nuts (almonds for instance) for making cakes and desserts, coffee herbs and seeds. It can also be used to make flour from grains, it is adjustable for fine to coarse flour, however it is more suited to kibbling grains and grinding sprouted grains.
