Rye: Milmore - Carbon Crop PackAn outstanding cultivar, 30 years in the making, bred by Ian Henderson of Milmore Downs. This rye grows very tall (2m) which means you are growing high levels of carbon, very easy to thresh out and the grain make delicious sprouted rye cakes, or sourdough rye bread. Heaviest crops when planted in Autumn, but can also be planted early Spring. Enough grain to plant 30 sq meters, planted BioIntensively. |
