Joint Venture between the Koanga Institute and Te Whanau a Apanui
Within our Kaupapa of research and education associated with sustainable living, we have recently entered into a joint venture with Te Runanga o Te Whanau a Apanui to explore how we might support them in their support for sustainable community development within their rohe.
This year our involvement includes a series of workshops covering gardening, food storage and processing, light earth building and appropriate technologies for Te Whanau a Apanui and we are also co -hosting a Permaculture Design Course in July which has 20 places available for those outside TeWhanau a Apanui. It will be a very special experience for all participants..........
