We rely on the support of our members to continue to grow these food plants. By becoming a member of the Koanga Institute, you will:
- Be supporting the work of the Institute to maintain the viability of our Heritage Plant material
- Receive 2 copies of the Institute Catalogue each year. (e members recieve this via email only). The July edition has a full seed list, the February issue focuses on our heritage fruit trees. Full Members's will also receive the annual Koanga Gardens, center for sustainable living catalogue (this is the website for e members).
- Be entitled to 2 free Preservation Packs of seed from each Institute catalogue.
- Have access to propagation material from our fruit tree collection.
- Have access to our rare and endangered plant material via our back order system. This collection includes potatoes, garlic, onions, strawberries, bulbs, artichokes, waterchestnuts, kumara and more.
- Receive a free copy of the Institute Booklet Save your own Seed, written by Kay Baxter valued at $9.95
- Receive a monthly e-newsletter full of inspiring and instructive information about what's happening in the garden, with recipes and tips, as well as updates about what is happening at the Institute.
- Be able to attend Koanga Workshops at a discounted rate (bookings essential).
