A stunning looking yellow squash with roughish skin which turns to a wart skin after the best eating stage skin. Better tasting than all other courgettes except perhaps young Kamokamo. Swan necked fruit are eaten sautéed when very young or baked if left until larger when the skin turns a golden orange colour and the skin is harder. The plants have a compact bush form and are very heavy producers, if picked hard they will crop all season, and last for months when mature as ornaments as well.
